ABOUT ME

A young-at-heart data analyst, born in Indonesia. I am blessed with a gift for combining empathy and humor with logic, a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving skills. I blend a passion for data, customers, products, and end-users with a deep understanding of operations and finance.

In January 2023, I joined bdg I better decission group as a Business Intelligent Consultant. In this role, I leverage my expertise in data analytics and corporate performance management (CPM) to assist clients across various industries, including Zalando, REWE, Siemens Energy, and energy and utility companies. Our goal is to enhance client efficiency and productivity in reporting and analytics tools. Working with a team of BI Consultants, we design and implement customized CPM solutions using multidimensional databases, machine learning, statistical analysis, and visualization tools to meet our clients' objectives.

My career's first decade and a half were spent in fashion retail operations at COS (part of the H&M group) and Dolce & Gabbana. These experiences expanded my knowledge beyond typical logistics, allowing me to solve complex problems, lead diverse teams, and achieve results, particularly through overseeing 20 store expansion projects worldwide (including locations such as Hong Kong, Seoul, Munich, Milan, and Singapore). These experiences deepened my interest in data analytics, driven by the complexity and richness of available data, leading to insights that impact business decisions.

Throughout this journey, I have honed my analytical mindset, developed a deeper appreciation for and reliance on data, and built a strong track record of analyzing complex situations and problems, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Proficient in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Jedox, and Excel. Additionally, I am a CrossFit enthusiast and passionate traveler, having visited over 40 countries. You might find me doing burpees, throwing wall balls, and climbing ropes in various CrossFit boxes around the globe.
